May Lotus Flowers

May is always such a busy time of year.  The days are longer and that means more activity and fun in the sun.  This month is filled with great outdoor activities, teacher appreciation week, Mother's Day, graduations and the end of the school year for primary, secondary school and higher education.  Therefore, it makes it challenging to find time to stay on top of your health and fitness goals.  This is something I truly understand so I made some adjustments to the schedule to allow for a little deep breathing in the busy month on May.




Yoga Abs
This is a new 30 minute class I have added to the schedule.  Yoga Abs will help strengthen the core muscles and offers deep yoga stretching. Class will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:45pm-7:15pm. Hot Yoga on Tuesdays and Hot Power Yoga on Thursdays will move to 7:30pm.  We will focus on strengthening and toning the abs and lower back.Yoga Abs starts May 19th.  





Artistic Wellness
We all have it. It's a flash of genius, a light bulb idea, a creative talent or breakthrough concept that will change our lives and, ultimately, humanity. The Artistic Wellness Workshop is an 8-week program designed to assist creative people with completing their creative projects and deadlines. The program will utilize yoga, breathing techniques, meditation and goal setting to establish patterns and routines for success. In this workship participants will learn to: face distraction; prolong concentration; stimulate perseverance; face fears, create balance, priotize schedule, maintain authenticity, and enjoy the art of revising.  The workshop will begin Sunday, June 7th from 3pm-5pm.  Visit www.ilovemytemple.com and complete the contact form to join.  Class will take place in person or online.  Please specify which format you are interested in taking.  




Yoga for Weight Loss

Fly Yoga
Our first Fly Yoga trip to Mexico has been cancelled.  The trip had to be postponed due to a scheduling conflict.  Thanks so much for your interest.  I will be scheduling trips for 2016 so stay tuned.
